As Programme Manager he was responsible for various global leadership development programmes at Swiss Re in Zurich and Singapore. After that he was head of learning & development at CKW, one of the leading energy companies in Switzerland. Guido is married and has three kids. He loves golf, photography and his family. He was responsible for Sales & Marketing and the overall leadership for a consulting company, focusing on initiating, developing and planning unique leadership trainings and development. Matthias applies his expertise to leadership development and operational excellence, which includes the fostering of a results-driven culture, change management, sales leadership and customer orientation, marketing and business development. He holds degrees from the University of Hagen and the University of Wales in Behavioral Science (M.A.) and Business Administration (MBA) as well as different Certifications as Coach and Psychotherapist (Logotherapy based on Viktor E. Frankl\u2019s work Vienna). Working with people, appreciating the human assets of a company, adopting the principle of lifelong learning and the joy that comes from that are the main drivers for Matthias in his work. Matthias loves designing Action Learning Programs and working together with other facilitators. Matthias is the founder of the first Children`s University for Sustainability in Memmingen. He then took a position as a Quality Assurance Manager. He realized how important people development is for the success of a company and that he was more interested in people than products. So, he made a degree in Human Resources Development at the CNAM in Paris. Since then he has worked as an independent consultant, designer and trainer for experiential learning programmes throughout Europe for major companies in the automotive, banking and insurance industries among others. Patrice is French but has lived in Germany for 8 years. He has traveled across Europe for his business a lot so that he is fluent in French, German and English. He likes mountains and deserts and has done some long treks in the Himalaya, Sahara and French Alps. He is also acting in theatre and has written 3 plays that were produced in Paris. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Antoine\u00a0was born in Lausanne, at the Lake of Geneva, in Switzerland in 1962. Grown up in Brazil, Germany and Switzerland, languages took an important role in his education. He holds a Masters degree in Education, Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Zurich (Lic. phil. I) and a Masters degree in Organization Consulting (MSc) from Ashridge (UK). After ten years as independent training and development consultant he joined Swiss Re in 1995 as trainer, facilitator and coach. In 1998 he was appointed as Head of Learning & Development in Zurich. In 2000 he became Head of Corporate Learning at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue at R\u00fcschlikon, Switzerland. Antoine is a Scuba-Dive-Instructor and his biggest passions are travelling and discovering the beauties of the under water world.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>
Patrice Goudin<\/h4>\n<\/div> <\/div> <\/span><\/div>\n\nPatrice has an engineering background and worked many years in the aviation industry, being responsible for product and market development in Europe. He then took a position as a Quality Assurance Manager. He realized how important people development is for the success of a company and that he was more interested in people than products. So, he made a degree in Human Resources Development at the CNAM in Paris. Since then he has worked as an independent consultant, designer and trainer for experiential learning programmes throughout Europe for major companies in the automotive, banking and insurance industries among others. Patrice is French but has lived in Germany for 8 years. He has traveled across Europe for his business a lot so that he is fluent in French, German and English. He likes mountains and deserts and has done some long treks in the Himalaya, Sahara and French Alps. He is also acting in theatre and has written 3 plays that were produced in Paris.
